Information Technology Contract Manager

Job Summary:

Seeking a Contract Manager to manage technology-enabled contracting functions for a retail organization. This role focuses on enabling efficient, compliant contract lifecycle management for the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, analyze, and negotiate complex IT contracts, including MSAs (Master Service Agreements), NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), and SLAS (Service Level Agreements).
SAP Ariba Contract Management, Buying & Invoicing
Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, and Procurement to align systems with operational needs
Enhance contract visibility, consistency, and risk management across the organization
Manage request intake and workflow tracking via Jira
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and scalability
