Diamond Consultants is partnering with a highly respected, growing boutique Registered Investment Advisor in the Cleveland area that is looking to add two experienced Lead Wealth Advisors to its team.

With approximately $570M in assets under management and an ambitious long-term growth strategy, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering sophisticated, highly personalized wealth management to high-net-worth families, executives, and business owners.

This is an opportunity for an advisor who enjoys both sides of the business: developing meaningful client relationships and helping grow them. The firm has an established client base, a strong pipeline of prospective clients, and the infrastructure to support continued growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10+ years of wealth management experience, ideally within an RIA or private wealth environment
• Experience leading relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
• Strong comprehensive financial planning capabilities, including investment, tax, estate, and retirement planning coordination
• Demonstrated success in business development, prospect engagement, and converting new client relationships
• A relationship-driven advisor who enjoys both servicing existing clients and contributing to firm growth
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills and a commitment to client service
• CFP® designation preferred, but not required

Compensation & Long-Term Opportunity

The firm offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $150K, with flexibility based on experience, along with additional revenue-based compensation opportunities.
