Shifts: 11am-3pm M-F/Sat-Sun
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour-$19.00/hour , based on experience
Brighter Days Home Care is a family-owned and operated Home Care Agency currently serving over 250 clients across Tennessee. We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
If you’re a Home Health Aide (HHA) , Caregiver , or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) looking for meaningful part-time work—you’ve found the right place.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, etc.)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and document changes in client health or behavior
- Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and care teams
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Caregiver, PCA, CNA, or HHA preferred but not required
- A kind, patient, and client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
