Project Manager - Turnbull

In Los Angeles County, CA, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead project teams, report to the EVP, and supervise project staff. Responsibilities Manage and direct the project team to meet objectives, providing clear communication, coordination, and follow‑up. Oversee ongoing training and mentoring of project staff. Serve as a direct point of contact for senior management. Provide project information and reviews as required by management. Coordinate training and compliance measures to ensure adherence to procedures. Define and communicate scope, schedule, and budget to management and all project participants, including the client. Control overall project and discipline schedules and budgets. Track schedule and budget progress against milestones, taking corrective action when necessary. Secure approvals for changes in scope, budget, or schedule. Maintain client communication, adjusting deliverables to meet contractual obligations. Ensure compliance with OHL North America policies and safety protocols. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Heavy civil construction background with over five years of field experience. Experience managing multiple project engineers. Safety orientation with preferred 10‑hour and 30‑hour OSHA certifications. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Capacity to access all points of a construction site in varied climates and environments. Compensation Base salary range: $150,000 – $180,000 per year (Los Angeles County, CA).
