ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2012 and am proud to serve the Baton Rouge community alongside an incredible team. As a third-generation insurance professional, I began my career working in an insurance agency before earning the opportunity to open my own. Outside of work, I'm the proud mom of two boys who keep me busy with sports, school, and family activities. I believe in balancing hard work with family, community involvement, and giving back.

Serving our community is one of my greatest passions. Our agency proudly supports JDRF, a cause that is especially meaningful to my family. Each Thanksgiving, we host a food drive benefiting the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, and when hurricanes or other natural disasters impact our area, we organize our Hurricane Heroes initiative to collect and deliver essential supplies to families in need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Laurin Maier - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
