SERVER BARTENDER

Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server or Bartender to join our team. As a Malibu Farm staff member you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Greet and serve guests in a timely and friendly manner Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns Assist with food preparation and plating as needed Clear tables and reset them for the next guests Process payments and handle cash transactions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Bartender Ability to create classic cocktails Fexibility to wait on table outside the bar Experience Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred Knowledge of basic math for handling payments Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Experience in bussing or culinary roles is an asset Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance $16 + pooled tips Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Ability to Commute Belvedere Tiburon, CA 94920 (Required) Ability to Relocate Belvedere Tiburon, CA 94920: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
