- Mintin personl cselo of 15-17 complete sessions per week, proviing cltrlly responsive, evience-informe therpy
- Provie brief weekly report to the CEO n esclte clinicl, ethicl, or stff concerns promptly
Wht We're Looking For
- Mster's egree in socil work, conseling, mrrige n fmily therpy, psychology, or closely relte clinicl mentl helth fiel
- ctive elwre licensre s n LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or eqivlent inepenent clinicl license
- Minimm 5 yers of post-licensre clinicl experience
- thoriztion ner elwre regltions to provie clinicl spervision to pre-license clinicins
- Working knowlege of HIP, mentl helth ethics, n elwre licensre bor reqirements
- Proficiency with electronic helth recors (SimplePrctice strongly preferre)
Preferre bt not reqire: prior spervisory experience in privte prctice or otptient settings, specilize trining in clinicl spervision, n experience spervising clinicins who serve BIPOC, LGBTQ+, n historiclly nerserve commnities.
