Job Description Comprehensive Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and advanced periodontal therapies.
Diagnostic Imaging & Charting: Take high-quality dental X-rays and execute precise digital charting to track patient oral health metrics.
Patient Education & Advocacy: Educate patients on custom home-care regimens, periodontal health, and preventative oral hygiene techniques.
Collaborative Treatment Planning: Work hand-in-hand with Dr. Metsger, offering trusted clinical insights to co-diagnose and build comprehensive patient treatment plans.
part-time $65 - $70 per hour

Licensure: Active and unrestricted California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License in good standing.
Certifications: Current CPR / BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Software Proficiency: Prior experience navigating Dentrix dental software is highly preferred (though we are happy to train the right candidate).
Soft Skills: A warm, compassionate bedside manner, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for building long-term patient relationships.
