What You'll Do
As a Special Needs Attendant, you'll help create a safe, positive, and respectful transportation experience for our passengers by:
- Supervising and assisting clients during transit
- Supporting drivers with the safe loading and unloading of passengers
- Properly using wheelchair securements, safety restraints, and seat belts
- Providing compassionate support to individuals with disabilities
- Communicating passenger needs and concerns to drivers and management
- Maintaining professional, respectful, and positive interactions with clients, coworkers, and community members
- Following all health, safety, and transportation procedures

We're looking for individuals who are patient, caring, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:Qualifications
- Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service
- Genuine desire to help others and support individuals with disabilities
- Valid California Driver's License or California ID Card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to attend a 5-day paid training program in San Rafael, CA (commute stipend provided)
- Two professional references
- Ability to pass a background check for this safety-sensitive position
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and comply with federally required random testing
