- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development
- Occupational Therapy degree and current licensure
- Ability to meet Early Intervention Operational Standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
- Knowledge of family-centered and coaching-based practices
- Home or community-based service experience
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
