Looking for an opportunity to learn a specialized manufacturing skill and grow with a company? We are looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator in Training** to join our production team! **Please Note:** This is a **printing press operation position**, NOT a plastics press. The press is also used to **insert RFID inlays** into printed products.

### WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Press Operator in Training, you will learn to safely and efficiently operate a specialized printing press while producing quality products. Learn to set up and operate a printing press Assist with loading and unloading material rolls and RFID inlays Learn roll splicing and web preparation Assist with press setup, adjustments, and changeovers Monitor the press during production Learn to identify and correct production issues Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Assist with RFID inlay insertion and verification Remove, label, and stage finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production procedures

### QUALITY & PRODUCTION

The Press Operator in Training will learn to:

• ️ Read and follow job specifications
• ️ Verify materials before production
• ️ Monitor print quality and product accuracy
• ️ Identify defects and make adjustments as needed
• ️ Properly handle RFID inlays and finished products
• ️ Maintain production standards and minimize waste
