Job Details
- Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA); completion of an accredited educational program; current license or registration in California; at least 2 years of experience in a SNF environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult patient populations; familiarity with electronic health records (EHR); CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The therapist will be responsible for patient assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026.
