This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has experience handling all aspects of personal injury litigation , enjoys managing their own caseload, and thrives working collaboratively with both litigation and pre-litigation teams . Qualifications PA and NJ Bar Admission Required J.D. required 3-10+ years of Personal Injury experience Familiarity with Litify software is a plus Strong written, oral, and organizational skills Responsibilities Manage a personal injury litigation caseload Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions Conduct legal research and draft briefs, opinions, and memorandums Litigate pre-trial motions Prepare for and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including jury trials Maintain strong file management and compliance with deadlines Additional Details Location: Philadelphia, PA & Cherry Hill, NJ Start Date: ASAP Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + quarterly and year-end bonuses Long-Term Growth: Opportunity to earn a percentage of fees generated Lundy Law is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer
