As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital onboarding, collaborating with product owners to guide features from inception to launch. You'll be a key liaison, partnering with integration and marketing teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption of the application. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on the financial services landscape. You'll dive deep into business processes, analyze complex challenges, and craft innovative solutions that empower advisors to thrive in the digital age. Your analytical prowess and collaborative spirit will be essential as you navigate the complexities of system integrations, data analysis, and user adoption strategies. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners to understand workflows, pinpoint needs, and identify effective solutions. Support Scrum teams in analyzing, developing requirements, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Develop a deep understanding of existing platform systems and contribute to defining future system solutions and flows. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, including wireframes and operational processes. Analyze complex business problems and translate intricate issues into clear, concise formats. Plan and execute user acceptance testing, ensuring a smooth transition to production. Contribute to the vision and roadmap for system development, influencing annual business plans. Document product features for both internal and external audiences, facilitating user understanding and adoption. Train business users on new product features, empowering them to leverage the latest advancements. Define and streamline consumer onboarding tools and processes, enhancing the overall onboarding experience. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative and leadership approach. Adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and sound decision-making abilities. Proven ability to research and document new systems, applications, and processes independently. Expertise in conducting stakeholder interviews, gathering business requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation. Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in various testing phases, including documentation, execution, and supporting others throughout the testing lifecycle. A solid understanding and appreciation for Agile values and principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio). Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.21 to $69.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
