POSITION TITLE

Administrative Assistant

Are you an organized, detail-oriented multitasker with a knack for numbers? Marine Chevrolet is looking for a sharp, accounting-savvy Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly — and to grow with a dealership that's been a community favorite for 80 years!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Call banks to check on the status of titles
• Filing
• Working with different state DMV’s to gather/complete appropriate documents for titles
• Sorting and organizing legal documents in files
• Running office errands
• Organizing invoices and assisting with accounts payable/receivable
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and reconciling financial records
• Cross-training in other positions to assist as needed
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required
• Driver’s License
• Submits and completes a successful background check and pre-employment drug screen
