Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide exceptional critical care to patients with complex medical conditions. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment alongside a team of healthcare professionals committed to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive critical care to critically ill patients, including those who are mechanically ventilated, experiencing multi-system organ failure, sepsis, respiratory failure, or post-surgical complications. Monitor patient hemodynamics continuously, utilizing invasive lines and vasoactive medications to maintain stability. Collaborate closely with intensivists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other clinicians to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Perform and assist with bedside procedures such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, lumbar punctures, and bronchoscopies. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree. Minimum of 2 years of critical care or ICU nursing experience. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to act swiftly in high-pressure situations.
