Staff Café AttendantUnder the general guidance of the Sous Chef, the Staff Café Attendant plays an essential role in supporting our Heart of House by maintaining a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked team dining environment. This role ensures our colleagues are cared for with the same level of attention, warmth, and quality that defines our brand.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSet up and maintain team member cafeteria with attention to cleanliness, presentation, and organization.Ensure food stations are fully stocked, replenished, and presented in a timely manner.Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, service stations, and equipment.Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food and suppliesFollow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.Support basic food preparation and service as neededMonitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.Provide warm, friendly, and professional experience for all team membersEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.We will on occasion call for each individual on the team to perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the venue teams.Communicate with team members using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations.Make decisions and take actions based on previous experience and good judgment, sometimes revising procedures to accommodate unusual situations.SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSPrevious experience in food service, cafeteria, or hospitality environment preferred.Strong attention to detail and cleanlinessTeam oriented with a positive and service-driven attitude,Basic understanding of food safety standardsFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detailMaintain positive and productive working relationships with other team members and departmentsAbility to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamworkMust be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shiftMust be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessaryMust have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishMust be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumesAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
