Position Summary Fashion Coach – 4055 Universal City (Northeast SA) Company: Walmart Location: 510 Kitty Hawk Rd, Universal City, TX 78148-3961 Responsibilities Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assign duties and set clear expectations. Recognize associate contributions and promote a culture of belonging within the workplace. Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities and assignments, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business goals. Provide coaching through touring stores (Tour-to‑Teach) and provide feedback on operations, merchandising, and business initiatives. Model exceptional customer service and implement the One Best Way service model. Address customer complaints, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement of the customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door policy, providing guidance on business processes. Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L statements; assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. Maintain effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes to meet sales and profit goals. Lead change initiatives, build accountability, and measure progress toward results. Qualifications Minimum: 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience. For firearms‑selling facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For ammunition‑selling facilities: only a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required. Required to complete all job‑required trainings and assessments. Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities. Benefits Competitive base salary ($65,000.00 – $100,000.00) plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for Regional Pay Zone and Complex Structure as applicable.
