Minnetonka, MN (Hybrid) $140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus Potential 4 Days Onsite | 1 Day Remote Up to 25% Travel What You'll Be Responsible For Production Planning & S&OP Lead production planning and scheduling across multiple manufacturing locations Drive the monthly S&OP process and align production with customer demand Balance inventory, capacity, labor, and material availability to meet business goals Identify and resolve supply chain constraints before they impact customers Inventory & Supply Chain Management Develop inventory strategies that improve service while reducing excess inventory Partner with Procurement and Operations to ensure material availability Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement improvements Drive inventory optimization and cost-saving initiatives Leadership & Continuous Improvement Lead and develop production planning, inventory, and logistics teams Build strong partnerships across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and make recommendations to leadership What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field 5+ years of experience in: Supply Chain Management Production Planning S&OP Manufacturing Operations APICS/CPIM/CSCP Certification SAP experience Multi-site manufacturing experience Lean Manufacturing experience Experience leading inventory reduction and continuous improvement initiatives Why Candidates Love This Opportunity Strategic leadership role with visibility across multiple manufacturing facilities Opportunity to influence supply chain strategy and business performance Hybrid work schedule with flexibility Stable, growing global manufacturer with a strong reputation and long-tenured leadership team Opportunity to lead meaningful initiatives involving inventory optimization, production planning, S&OP, and operational excellence Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minnetonka, MN.
