Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Solid understanding of behavior intervention plans and data collection methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet each student's unique needs
• Patience, reliability, and a strong sense of professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Record and track student progress, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Deliver direct, one-on-one support to students, fostering skill development and positive behaviors
• Collaborate and maintain open communication with classroom staff, special education professionals, and families
• Participate in meetings and professional development as required
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive educational atmosphere
