Schedule
Monday through Friday, morning shift
Summary
Responsible for coordinating daily routing, scheduling, and administrative operations to ensure efficient service delivery and strong customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize routing and scheduling activities
- Manage customer communications and resolve escalations
- Maintain routing procedures and documentation
- Support field operations and facilities coordination
- Monitor performance and improve routing efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
- Supervise staff, including training and performance management
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Experience with routing/scheduling systems and MS Office
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Leadership experience preferred
