About the Role BluePill AI’s founder is looking for a high-agency ex-founder or entrepreneurial operator to partner and help build, prioritize, and execute across the next phase of our growth. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape both product and go-to-market strategy — owning everything from new product lines and customer acquisition to growth experiments , pricing , and commercial execution . This is a chance to help define how brands of the future make decisions — not by asking consumers what they think, but by simulating how they’ll react.You Might Be a Fit If You: Have founded or helped scale a startup, and love operating in ambiguity. Have a builder’s mindset — hands‑on, scrappy, fast‑moving. Are fluent in product strategy, GTM, and growth , and can jump between vision and execution. Can design and run rapid experiments to drive adoption, retention, and revenue. Thrive in AI-driven or consumer-facing products , and are obsessed with real-world impact. Communicate openly, move fast, and don’t wait for permission. What You’ll Do Partner with the founder to shape company roadmap and priorities. Launch new product initiatives and AI persona verticals. Lead GTM experiments: positioning, pricing, onboarding, and partnerships. Own growth — from pilot conversion to scalable revenue motion. Work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and research to turn insights into product. Build the foundation for BluePill’s next‑stage leadership team.
