Customer Care Journey Specialist

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a Customer Care Journey Specialist to manage escalated customer communications and improve overall experience across the product portfolio. The role coordinates cross-functional efforts to address recurring customer concerns and implements standardized processes using data-driven metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead escalated customer communications regarding delivery timelines and critical product issues
Manage information flow between operations, sales, and customers with regular status reporting
Identify recurring customer concerns and design countermeasures through cross-functional collaboration
Establish and monitor customer experience metrics from order through delivery
Design and implement standardized customer onboarding processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2+ years customer service or escalation handling experience
Oracle software experience
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Experience with metrics and performance management
