Position Summary The IPA Area Medical Director reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer and serves as a key leader within the primary care organization. This hybrid role blends outpatient clinical practice, physician leadership, and IPA network management to support high-quality, value-based care (VBC) across affiliated practices.This position requires residency in Florida (Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, or the Space Coast). The physician will maintain an active clinical practice while also providing leadership oversight, provider engagement, and strategic support for IPA performance and growth.
