Job Title: Medical Director Occupational Health (Part-Time)

How Many Shifts Needed Per Month: To be determined based on program requirements and annual hour commitment

License: Active, unrestricted MD or DO license

Certifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty

Experience Needed: 3+ Years

Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6 Weeks to 8 Weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership for occupational health and employee wellness programs.
• Conduct fitness-for-duty, return-to-work, and workers' compensation evaluations.
• Oversee workplace injury management and employee health services.
• Supervise medical surveillance programs, screenings, immunizations, and preventive health initiatives.
• Review audiograms, spirometry tests, EKGs, and other occupational health assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and federal occupational health regulations.
• Collaborate with federal leadership, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality occupational health services.
