Role Description This is a full-time Controller position, based on-site at Lynora's headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL. The Controller will oversee financial operations, including managing budgets, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will handle payroll, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and support financial planning and analysis to optimize business operations. The Controller will collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and solutions, contributing to the restaurant’s ongoing success and growth. Qualifications Strong accounting and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
