Job Description The Manson Northwest Webster School District is seeking a Spanish Foreign Language teacher for our 7-12 building, located in Manson, Iowa, approximately 30 minutes east of Fort Dodge and an hour and a half north of Ames. Responsibilities Implement district and state-approved curriculum to facilitate student success and growth. Document teaching activities, student progress, and outcomes. Create a flexible, safe, and engaging learning environment tailored to individual student needs. Provide feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding progress, expectations, and goals. Build strong, positive relationships with students and families. Apply knowledge of the MTSS framework. Develop and deliver lesson plans that maximize learning opportunities for all students. Differentiate instruction and provide meaningful feedback. Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and student achievement. Engage in ongoing professional development through seminars, workshops, or research. Qualifications Must have a 5-12 Foreign Language certification from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
