Description:
Provide nursing care in a telemetry setting.
Monitor cardiac patients and interpret telemetry readings.
Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during their stay.
Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technologies and protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Document patient interactions and care in the electronic medical record system.
