Family Medicine Physician - Part-time Location: Yakima, WA (West Valley Family Health Clinic) Employment: 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week). Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. EMR system is EPIC. Compensation: Base salary $161,000 per year. Guaranteed first-year annual salary, $15,000 hiring bonus, $10,000 relocation allowance. Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed). Visa assistance - J1 Waiver and H1B. 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala. Develop and cultivate patient relationships by managing your patient panel. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and utilize certified bilingual medical assistant support for translation and patient care. Qualifications Completed an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program. Passion for community health and underserved populations. Experience in community health or with underserved patient populations (preferred for new graduates). Location Yakima Valley is known for agricultural and outdoor opportunities.
