Event StaffEvent Staff members assist the Events Department with executing and overseeing guest services, ticket taking, and act as a liaison between the event manager/coordinator to the guests for each event.This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingEVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.ResponsibilitiesAbility to direct and lead providing excellent customer servicePrepare your assigned section for guests; this could include wiping down seats, looking for potential hazards, reporting any issues to a supervisorAssist guests for entry and exit into the complexScan tickets and greet guestsAssist fans in locating seats, access around the complex, and provide answers for any questions when askedBeing alert and proactive to potential hazards and reporting incidents when they occurMonitor your assigned area for issues and opportunities to make an unforgettable experienceRespond to all guest concerns/complaints promptly and in a professional mannerAssist guests in ADA accessible seating sectionsEnforce all building policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guestsManage the foot traffic flow of large crowdsBe knowledgeable about complex emergency evacuation plan in order to safely assist guests during the unlikely event of an emergencyPerform other duties or tasks as assignedQualificationsExperience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferredYou must love working with and helping peopleAbility to stand for long periods of timeYou must be able to maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult situationsFlexible schedule: Availability to work most eventsEvenings & Weekend availability is needed; holidays as needed
