Associate HR Business Partner

Supporting leaders within the Care organization, the full-time remote Associate HR Business Partner will manage performance management practices, advise on workplace accommodations, and navigate complex people matters with empathy and consistency. Key responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor for leaders, coaching them on people-related matters and performance management Own performance management processes, including documentation, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that enhance organizational performance and talent decisions Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or performance management Experience in high-volume, frontline, or contact center environments supporting non-exempt employees Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence leaders across various levels Demonstrated capability in coaching leaders through performance management processes
