Position: Direct Support Professional
Location: Willow Grove , PA
Pay Rate: $16.75Earn up to $18.75/hour with election of Enhanced Pay option.

Shifts available: Friday & Saturday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:00am

No experience required - we provide paid training!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care , hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development , including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support , transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being , including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
