Physical Therapist

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• 1 year home care experience required
• 1 year Certified Home Care experience
• 1 year Case Management Experience

Assignment Details

• Shift hours:
• Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks
• Travel to patient cases as assigned is required

Location Highlights

Newton offers convenient access to both Boston attractions and outdoor recreation. Downtown Boston is about 10 miles east, and the city is served by multiple MBTA Green Line stops including Newton Centre and Newton Highlands for commuter access. The Charles River Reservation and Hemlock Gorge Reservation provide nearby walking and cycling options, and Chestnut Hill Reservoir is located along the Newton-Boston line. Boston College is located in the eastern part of Newton, and Fenway Park and the Museum of Fine Arts are both within about a 20 to 30 minute drive depending on traffic.
