This is a field-based, in-home sales role focused on building relationships, conducting property assessments, and guiding homeowners through the best solutions for their needs. While generating opportunities is part of the role, the primary focus is on consultation, problem-solving, and closing high-value projects. Company vehicle available for the right candidate. What You'll Do Customer Engagement & Lead Generation Connect with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods and local communities. Generate opportunities through conversations, referrals, and outreach. Build trust and establish long‑term relationships. Inspections & Consultations Conduct roof and exterior inspections (training provided if needed). Educate homeowners on: Storm damage and restoration options Repair vs. replacement solutions Insurance claim processes (when applicable) Sales & Closing Present project scope, solutions, and pricing. Guide homeowners through decisions with confidence. Handle objections and close deals. Project & Pipeline Management Manage projects from initial contact → inspection → signed agreement. Maintain follow-up and consistent deal flow. Deliver a strong customer experience throughout the process. What We're Looking For Required Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
