Hiring 2nd Shift Assemblers in Carlsbad!!!

$20-30/hr

Job Description:

The Assembler is responsible for executing a broad range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring the production of high-quality products within established routing times.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products and sub-assemblies using pulley and cable systems, machined parts, integrated circuits, wiring, and mechanical components.
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks using basic hand and power tools in accordance with established procedures.
• Will assist with testing and inspecting products for defects.
• Will follow blueprints and bill of materials.
• Conduct product inspections to maintain quality standards
• Perform audits at the workstation for tools.
• Document quality issues and improvement opportunities.
• Process cards to ensure transactional accuracy.
• Ensure correct quantities of items are assembled and labeled.
• Use hand and power tools.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of assembly experience or manufacturing production experience.
• Ability to read basic work instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar environment as an assembler
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Carlsbad,CA.
