Position Overview
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will play an integral role in sustaining and improving our equipment and overall production processes. The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on , working foreman position that spends the majority of their time on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will handle the following responsibilities:
-Coordinate with Operations team and outside contractors to schedule maintenance activities and manage/reduce machine downtime
-Drive and improve preventative maintenance (PM) process
-Manage multiple projects with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
-Drive continuous improvement projects and identify opportunities for Capex
-Identify and implement actions to improve workplace safety and reduce environmental impact
-Demonstrate a sense of urgency to achieve company commitments and goals
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-Associates or 2-year technical degree preferred
-Electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge.
-Must be proficient in technology and software such ERP systems, AutoCAD, Minitab, Microsoft Office (Excel)
-Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g. Limble)
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-Ability to speak/interpret Spanish a plus
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
