Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and pain management
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and patient safety
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Michigan
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
