This facility operates as a Level II trauma center, supporting a diverse surgical caseload across multiple specialties within an organized operating room program. The facility maintains established perioperative workflows designed to support quality anesthesia care delivery. Anesthesiologist coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Salem, Oregon offers a range of attractions suited to diverse interests, including the Willamette Valley wine region, the Oregon State Capitol, and Salem Riverfront Park. The area provides access to seasonal outdoor activities, community events, and cultural programming throughout the year. Clinicians on assignment will find varied options for engagement beyond the clinical setting throughout the Salem region.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services on a 100% hands-on basis during day shifts at an operating room facility in Salem, Oregon. The surgical case mix includes general surgery, neurosurgery, spine, orthopedics, urology, vascular, retina, and gynecologic procedures, with occasional ENT and healthy pediatric cases. No call coverage is required for this locum tenens assignment. Board certification in Anesthesiology and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians in this role.
