Location : CITY — COLLEGE PARK Role As a Financial Representative, you will work with current and prospective clients in your community to understand their financial needs and goals and recommend impactful solutions from a comprehensive line of products, including life insurance, so that they can protect what matters most. Compensation and Benefits Western & Southern Life offers a very competitive compensation plan. During the first two weeks of employment (non-exempt training period), you will earn a base of $1,000 per week for a 40-hour workweek. After completing the 2-week training period, the role is exempt. Weeks 3–13 provide a $1,000 per week base salary and eligibility to earn incentives per the terms of the applicable incentive plan. After week 13, compensation is variable based on individual performance in accordance with the applicable incentive plan; performing at minimum standards anticipates earning $50,000–$70,000 annually. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in Western & Southern Life’s benefit plans, subject to plan terms, including medical and dental insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, a 401(k) plan with a company match, and a defined benefit pension plan (among a small group of top U.S. companies still offering a traditional Defined Benefit Plan).
