Location: Catawba, NC Type: Performance-to-Hire Shifts: 12-hour Day & Night (4 On / 4 Off) Looking for steady hours, great pay, and long-term opportunity with a reputable company? Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust machinery
- Inspect cable quality
- Load raw materials and spool finished product
- Complete production logs
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Assist with inventory and packaging
- Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
- Operate forklift in a fast paced environment following safety regulations
