We specialize in gynecology, obstetrics, reproductive health, and menopause management, focusing on preventive health, specialized treatments, and patient education. Collaboration fuels our innovation and drives our success.Empowering Success: We believe in empowering our team members to reach new heights, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.Nurturing Growth: Personal and professional growth isn't just encouraged; it's nurtured, supported, and celebrated.Work Hours:Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:45 pmRotating Sundays 8:30 am-4 pmPosition Overview:Create job postings to attract quality candidates for clinical and non-clinical positionsCreatively source candidates utilizing job boards, resume databanks, and Boolean searches to build and/or strengthen the overall candidate pipelineContact prospective applicants to determine if they meet minimum qualificationsConduct routine availability calls for all interviewed candidatesSchedule and assist hiring managers with in-person interviewsFollow up with candidates to provide ongoing feedback regarding the hiring processPerform all necessary on-boarding functions, i.e., verifying references, work experience, applicable license/certification(s) and background checks, etc.Provide verbal and written offers for new hiresCheck for new prospective applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as part of search process for specific positionsAssist with onsite hiring events and monthly new employee orientationSchedule and attend job fairs and networking eventsWeekly reportingMinimum Qualifications:Must have a strong commitment to a team dynamic as well as the ability to take initiativeMust have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to effectively relate to all medical staff and patientsMust possess a strong work ethicComprehension and deductive reasoningAbility to learn new techniquesPreferred Qualifications:6 months as a Medical Assistant and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of Medical TerminologyCPR certified a plusPhlebotomy a plusPay & Benefits:$22 per hour, commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.Generous Paid Time Off and Sick Time, ensuring you have the flexibility to recharge and rejuvenate.8 Paid Holidays403(b) Retirement Plan, setting you up for a secure future.Short-term and Long-term disabilityLife/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
