Ticketing Coordinator

Detail-oriented and people-first, the hybrid seasonal Ticketing Coordinator will manage ticket builds, coordinate marketing efforts, and foster relationships with venues and partners for the 2026 Warren Miller National Film Tour. Key responsibilities Coordinate ticket builds and manage inventory for the 2026 tour, ensuring accurate setup and fulfillment Evaluate previous ticket sales and develop strategies to maximize sales in 2026 markets Serve as the primary point of contact for venue box offices, ensuring smooth ticketing operations and excellent customer service Required qualifications Previous experience in ticketing operations or a related role, preferably in the entertainment industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing ticket builds and sales data Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite or similar systems Basic knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, and Slack, along with digital marketing fundamentals Understanding of financial processes related to ticket sales, including revenue tracking and reporting
