Position Overview: We’re hiring for several key positions at LR Burger, including front of house crew, bartenders, and kitchen crew. Key Responsibilities For Bar Crew Prepare and serve beverages according to our menu and standards Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere Maintain bar cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations Handle cash and manage inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bar and dining area Running food Support each other in maintaining an efficient workflow For Front of House Crew Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly, helpful attitude Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit payments Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room Running food Packing to go orders Support each other in maintaining an efficient workflow For Kitchen Crew Prepare and cook menu items to ensure high quality and consistency Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained Assist with basic kitchen prep work as needed Support each other in maintaining an efficient workflow Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company A friendly and supportive work environment Employee discounts on food and beverages LR Burger is an equal opportunity employer.
