Bilingual Customer Service/Order Entry Representative

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing company in the West Valley of Phoenix who is in search of a contract Bilingual Customer Service/Order Entry Rep to join their team. This role is contract for right now, supporting a leave(expected to last 3-4 months), but there is potential to be kept on longer. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and is paying up to $22/hr.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into the company system
• Review orders for completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email in both English and Spanish
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, pricing, and delivery status
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
• Process order changes, cancellations, and returns
• Track and follow up on open orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous experience in order entry, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and emails
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work fully onsite Monday through Friday
