Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

Role: Licensed Physical Therapist in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands‑on therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery processes. Document patient progress and support safe discharge planning. Qualifications & Skills Current valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of evidence‑based rehabilitation practices. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
