Start Date: 10/07/2026

End Date/Duration: Ongoing coverage with scheduled shifts

Shift: Onsite; Night shifts (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM), Weekend coverage

Hours per week: Variable based on schedule

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in MA, Neonatal certification preferred

Experience: Prior neonatal or NICU experience recommended

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care within a dedicated NICU team
• Support and monitor fragile newborns, collaborating with physicians and nurses
• Participate in a 24/7/365 coverage schedule, including nights and weekends
• Manage patient assessments, treatments, and documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with all safety and medical standards
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team members
• Contribute to high-quality, compassionate neonatal care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Neonatal or related certification preferred
• Prior NICU or neonatal intensive care experience

Preferred:

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
