Maintenance Technician Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for Orchard View apartment community located in Scottsboro, AL. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company. Requirements
Candidates must have two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience. HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
