Bricktown Brewery is coming soon to Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City! We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Restaurant Expeditor to help keep food orders accurate, organized, and moving smoothly from the kitchen to our guests.
If you work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced restaurant team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery.
- Check orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before they reach guests.
- Organize and prioritize order tickets during busy service periods.
- Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to resolve missing items, delays, or order issues.
- Assist with food preparation and finishing tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
- Support restaurant operations with side work and takeout order packaging.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stay organized and calm during busy periods.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service practices.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous restaurant experience is helpful.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, and handle food items throughout the shift.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
