Porter / Groundskeeper

We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with [408] apartment units. The Crossing at Cooley Station 3700 E Williams Field Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85295 Our hourly pay rate is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Qualifications Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs Grounds care. Pick-up trash Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager Bilingual (any language) a plus Understand company policies Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
