About the Role

\n

We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and execution-oriented Video Editor to support content production, short-form editing, social media content execution, and creative storytelling across multiple founder-led and consumer wellness brands.

\n

This role is ideal for someone who understands modern short-form content and social-first editing — not just basic video editing. You should understand pacing, hooks, retention, captions, storytelling, platform-native editing styles, and what performs across today’s social media platforms.

\n

You’ll help produce high-performing short-form content, repurpose long-form media into social-first assets, support paid media creative production, and ensure consistent creative execution across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, podcast platforms, and more.

\n

You’ll work closely with two Co-Founders, helping shape and amplify their personal brands while also supporting multiple fast-growing wellness and consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Short-Form Video Editing

\n

Edit and produce short-form video content across social platforms

\n

Create engaging edits using:

\n

Strong hooks

\n

Captions/subtitles

\n

Motion graphics

\n

Sound design

\n

Platform-native pacing

\n

Retention-focused editing styles

\n

Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips

\n

Edit content from:

\n

Podcasts

\n

Interviews

\n

Founder content

\n

Webinars

\n

UGC creators

\n

Event footage

\n

Paid media creatives

\n

Maintain strong creative quality and brand consistency across all brands

\n

Expected content volume:

\n

\n

Up to 14 clips per week for one Founder brand

\n

Additional content support across multiple wellness brands

\n

\n

Creative Collaboration & Content Support

\n

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to identify:

\n

\n

High-performing content opportunities

\n

Viral trends

\n

Platform-native editing styles

\n

Creative testing opportunities

\n

Support content ideation, hook development, storytelling improvements, and retention optimization

\n

Help evolve the creative quality and visual identity of Founder and brand content over time

\n

\n

Content Operations & Workflow

\n

Manage editing timelines, revisions, and content delivery schedules efficiently

\n

Coordinate with internal teams on:

\n

Deliverables

\n

Deadlines

\n

Publishing priorities

\n

Creative revisions

\n

Organize project files, footage, assets, and editing workflows

\n

Support rapid-turnaround editing during launches, campaigns, podcasts, and live events

\n

\n

Strong experience editing short-form social media content

Ability to manage multiple brands and editing workflows simultaneously

Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback quickly
